Tait holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science (Rehabilitation) and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) from Charles Sturt University, and has been an accredited Exercise Physiologist with ESSA since 2014.

With a lifelong passion for fitness and health, Tait is dedicated to helping clients unlock their potential.
